Biography
Kristen is the Director of the Program for Research on Youth Development and Engagement and the Associate Director of the Bronfenbrenner Center for Translational Research. Her work focuses on applied research and teaching that connects researchers, undergraduate students, and community partners, with a particular focus on partnerships that support educators in helping youth from all backgrounds succeed and thrive.
Research interests
My research examines the ways that social context and aspects of a person's identity interact and dynamically shape their moment to moment decision making about educational and health behaviors.
