The American Society for Nutrition (ASN) has begun an ongoing series of member spotlights, beginning with Dr. Elizabeth L. Johnson.

Dr. Johnson is an assistant professor in the Division of Nutritional Sciences whose research focuses on how bioactive lipids from the diet influence the development of the microbiome in infants and how the production of lipids by the gut microbiome can influence host metabolism.
