The College's Finance office has primary responsibility for the management, oversight and stewardship of the college's financial portfolio, presently valued at $72 million annually. This includes the development and implementation of the College operational and capital budget, financial analysis and reporting, and maintaining operational controls of financial transactions.
Faculty and staff can also visit the College Business Service Center for access to forms, standard operating procedures, contact information and answers to frequently asked questions.

Department Annual Black Books
The CHE Program and Budget Planning "Black Book" is a series of standardized, web-based reports prepared for each department's annual budget review. The various reports available at this site reflect faculty productivity in teaching, extension, and research. Access to the reports is limited to each department's chair and administrative manager.
