Tolunay Beker Aydemir, Ph.D. is an Assistant Professor of Molecular Nutrition at Cornell University Division of Nutritional Sciences. She graduated from Ankara University with a BS degree in Biology. She obtained her Ph.D. degree in Biomedical Sciences with a concentration in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at the University of Florida College of Medicine. She completed her postdoctoral studies in the Nutritional Genomics Laboratory, Center for Nutritional Sciences at University of Florida.
Trista Lee Thorn, M.S. is a Laboratory Technician in the Aydemir Lab. She graduated from Upstate Medical University with a Master’s in Neuroscience and Physiology.
Yongeun Kim, Ph.D. is a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Aydemir Lab. She graduated from Kyunghee University with a Master’s in Food Science and Biotechnology. She obtained her Ph.D. degree from the Department of Nutrition and Health Sciences at University of Nebraska – Lincoln.
Jiaqi Zou, M.S. is a Graduate Student Researcher seeking her Ph.D. in the Aydemir Lab. She graduated from University of Cambridge with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. She obtained her Master’s degree in Clinical and Public Health Nutrition from the University College London.
Blake Mitchell is a Graduate Student Researcher seeking his Ph.D. in the Aydemir Lab. He graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nutritional Sciences.
