The Human Ecology Alumni Association (HEAA) serves to foster a beneficial relationship between Cornell Human Ecology and its 25,000+ alumni. As ambassadors for the College, they support the priorities of the Dean, enhance our outreach efforts, increase student and alumni interaction, and create meaningful engagement opportunities for our alumni body.

Human Ecology Alumni Association Board of Directors

The HEAA Board of Directors is comprised of 35 nominated alumni leaders tasked with representing and providing engagement for our alumni.

The HEAA Board currently conducts its work through four teams:

  • The Career Networking & Student Grants Team, which aims to advance and expand the professional network for our students;
  • The Alumni Outreach Team, which helps to promote alumni connections and engagement through communications and activities;
  • The Alumni Recognition Team, which works to support fundraising efforts, stewardship, and alumni recognition;
  • The Membership Team, which supports new board members and maintains engagement and communication with current members.

In addition to our committee work, board members are always looking for more ways to connect with you. If you have ideas and insights you would like to share with the HEAA Board, please email HEaad@cornell.edu
