Biography

Is the founder of Fabrizio, DeLine & Grant Consulting Group, LLC with over 25 years of experience as a strategist, executive and negotiator.  Fabrizio is recognized across the nation for his work with hospital boards, hospitals and health systems, academic medical centers and physician-owned medical groups. 

Fabrizio is a consultant to health systems and boards on a range of strategic and organizational concerns. In recent years his work has focused on physician-hospital alignment strategies, advising investor-owned and for-profit multihospital systems, and physician-owned medical groups.   With over 25 years of experience working in the "trenches" with physicians and their practices provides him with a unique and deep understanding of the physicians' perspective. 

Fabrizio spent 13 years as a Principal with the Medical Group Management Association's Healthcare Consulting Group.  Prior to that he worked with Upstate Medical University where he still holds a part-time position as Clinical Assistant Professor with the Department of Family Medicine.

Fabrizio is also a faculty member with the American College of Physician Leaders and the American College of Healthcare Executives where he teaches a 2-day course on Physician-Hospital Integration.
