Mahrusah Zahin is a Masters of Public Administration candidate at the Cornell Institute for Public Affairs. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations, with minors in South Asian Studies, Near Eastern Studies, International Relations, and Law & Society from Cornell University in 2016.
Mahrusah most recently worked in NYC agencies implementing pilot programs that have been borne out of new policy changes. She has also conducted fieldwork in Bangladesh analyzing social enterprise models and value-added supply chains. She is interested in sustainable international development, concentrating on best practices in rural agriculture and how that translates to economic mobility.
