The Odoms-Young Nutrition Liberation, Food Sovereignty, and Justice Lab works collaboratively with a diverse set of stakeholders (including individuals, families, community leaders, government agencies, non-profit organizations, and policymakers) generate state of the art research and interventions designed to foster resilience, build community capacity, promote social justice, and improve the well-being and quality of life of underserved populations both locally and nationally.

Dr. Angela Odoms-Young (she/her) is the lead investigator for the Nutrition Liberation, Food Sovereignty, and Justice Lab and directs the Food and Nutrition Education in Communities Program (FNEC) and New York State Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP).
