At the conclusion of the residency, the fellowship recipient will provide a final report to the dean, including a bibliography of research pursued, and preservation recommendations for pertinent library and archival holdings. The fellow will return to campus, usually the following spring, to give a public lecture on the completed research project. Research projects should be intended for publication.  Preference will be given to scholars in more advanced stages of a research project, but younger scholars are encouraged to apply. Applicants need not be residents of New York State, but must be eligible to work in the United States.

There is no special application form and this notice provides all the essential information needed to apply.
