The Cornell University Division of Nutritional Sciences Post-baccalaureate Certificate Program in Health Studies has been carefully designed to meet the expectations of professional school admissions. The Post-baccalaureate program can improve the chances for admission in health professional schools such as medical, dental, nursing and physical therapy.
This program is an intensive two-semester, 32-credit program. Required courses include a two-semester Integrate Health Studies and one-semester Health & Humanities and Preparation for Professional Studies courses. These are taken alongside electives which can be selected from a myriad of courses that are available at Cornell in the natural and applied sciences. There are opportunities to explore possibilities for research and community service.
