LPHD lecturer to appear on 60 Minutes

Distinguished Professor of Psychology at Iowa State University, internationally recognized scholar in scientific psychology, and upcoming Law, Psychology & Human Development lecturer, Gary L. Wells, will appear on CBS Sunday's 60 minutes on March 8, 2009. His research-based proposals on line-up procedures, such as the use of double-blind techniques, are being increasingly accepted in law enforcement practices across the U.S.
On March 27th at 2:15pm, in MVR 114, Dr. Wells will give a lecture entitled "Mistaken Eyewitness Identification and False Confidence: The Creation of Distorted Retrospective Judgements".
