Commonly Asked Questions at the Start of the Semester

Using Video in Class

  • For help integrating video into your classes, go to http://blackboard.cornell.edu and select "Teaching Resources for Faculty." Get help finding videos for class, converting between formats, and accessing videos already available in the PAM digital media library.

If you have electronic reserves

  • fill out the relevant form at http://www.library.cornell.edu/services/reserveforms-p.html, then save the file to disk
  • email it to mann_ereserve@cornell.edu along with the PDF files of the e-reserves, if you have them. It would be a good idea to call the next day to make sure it was received (Tom Trutt @5-9569 as of 6/2006)

If you have print reserves

  • fill out the relevant form then save the file to disk
  • email your file to: mann_reserve@cornell.edu (you could walk over a hard copy document with the reading if you have it)

Final Exam Information

Click on "Standard Meeting Times Schedule" to find out the exam period for your class. Then scroll down to "Final Exam Days and Times" and using the exam period you will see when your final is scheduled.
