Human Development

Human Development majors must complete a concentration in one of four areas of Human Development. A concentration must have both depth and breadth. A concentration consists of a minimum of three classes:

• One designated Foundation class in the concentration
• Two additional courses at the 3000 or 4000 level

The available concentrations are:

• Cognitive Development
• Biology and Human Development
• Social and Personality Development
• Life Course, Social Contexts and Social Policy

Only HD classes may be used to fulfill concentration requirements.
