The partnership decided to offer a forum at Public Health offices on breastfeeding for those who work with breastfeeding moms and their support network. The flyer was included in the mailings to schools and health care providers.
Herkimer County Public Health sponsored the event and the Mohawk Valley Perinatal Network provided food. Over 30 attended including nurses, teacher, agency staff. Survey results were very positive. See a sample of forum survey results below:
