  • Sparkplugs and community-based professionals comprise a Coordinating Committee of 7 to 9 members plus the Cornell University conveners.
  • The Coordinating Committee is broadly representative of geographic area and professional background/organization of members.
  • The members of Coordinating Committee are nominated by current members on an annual basis.
  • The sparkplugs are permanent members of the Coordinating Committee.
  • Decision-making within the Coordinating Committee is by consensus.
