Human Ecology Magazine is published twice a year by the College of Human Ecology. This comprehensive magazine illustrates how the programs of the College are addressing complex societal issues to improve the human condition. Improving the human condition is central to the mission of the college and is accomplished through faculty initiatives in research, outreach, and teaching - with an emphasis on an ecological perspective, collaborative projects, and multidisciplinary curricula within and across the college's five academic units (DEA, HD, PAM, TXA, & DNS) and centers (BLCC and FLDC). Human Ecology Magazine provides readers with an in-depth look at the research being done by the faculty in Human Ecology and examines the controversial and difficult issues of our time from a unique ecological and humanistic perspective. Human Ecology Alumni Association members receive this informative magazine at a special discount.
