Video Teleconference Support

 
 
General Information

The Computing Services Group (CSG) provides coordination and technical support for Video Teleconference (VTC) and Distance Learning (DL) events by member of the college community.  These technologies are commonly referred to by the acronym of VTC/DL.  

The CSG can:

  • Assist with the choice and reservation of your VTC/DL enabled spaces in MVR Hall
  • Perform site-to-site testing with remote locations to ensure compatibility
  • Provide guidance on best-practices for a successful event
  • Train staff on the uses and limitations of the VTC/DL equipment
