Sarah Luna is a graduate student in the Division of Nutritional Sciences at Cornell University. Her current interests include studying the relationship between physical performance and moderate iron deficiency and the effects of inflammation on markers of iron status in developing countries.
Sarah received a Bachelor of Science degree (with Honors) in Nutritional Sciences and a Bachelor of Science degree (with Honors) in Kinesiology from Texas A&M University in 2010.
