Erin Green earned her BS in Nutrition and Food Science and her BS in Exercise Physiology from California State University, Chico, where she received the honor of Summa Cum Laude for both undergraduate degrees. She then went on to complete her dietetic internship with the Veterans Affairs Healthcare Systems in San Diego, CA. Upon obtaining her RD credential she then went on to work in a variety of settings including WIC (Women, Infant, and Children) and Peace Corps- Albania before coming to Cornell University. Currently Erin is pursuing a PhD in Community Nutrition at Cornell University.
