Ambassadors

The Human Ecology Ambassadors is a group of current Human Ecology students who volunteer their time to help prospective students through the college search process by providing the student perspective on life – academic, social, and otherwise – at Cornell University and as Human Ecology students.

Our Ambassadors remember what it was like to be visiting colleges, considering programs and making big decisions about where to spend their undergraduate years. In other words, they remember what it was like to be in your shoes.

Our Ambassadors represent a wide range of academic, extracurricular and social interests and come from diverse life experiences, geographic areas and cultural backgrounds.

New Ambassadors are carefully selected from a pool of applicants during the fall semester.  The selection process requires that interested students complete an application and participate in an interview.  Applications will be available in 170 MVR Hall in early October.

Human Ecology Ambassadors want to hear from you, so feel free to email one of our Ambassadors with questions you might have about life at Cornell and in Human Ecology.
